Yearly Clock
clock; aluminum, glass. 30 x 30 x 4 cm
2013
Yearly Clock is a time marker; an aluminum frame and glass. As we grow older our perception of time changes. Past and present blend together progressively into a stream of moments that exceed the pace of daily life. Instead of ticking away the minutes and hours, the clock hands show the passage of days and months. In a week’s time the small hand will have circled the clock face, while it will take a year for the large hand to do the same.
